why is everything about shit?

Posted by mozetsu at 11:32 PM on August 2, 2005 in favourites.

SHIT

the all-purpose word that can be used for almost EVERY senario in life.well for this part of the world i guess.

 as a verb-

(from mother to my brother)
Oi you!go and shit la you've been farting so much must be havent shit for 3 days issit?

 and my brother sheepishly noods

as a noun-

(from my mouth)
Is this shit or is this shit? (referring to brothers writing in chinese)

as a Proper noun-

(from my mouth again)
 OI SHIT-FACE!COME HERE!

 as a good old swearword-

(from my mouth?bah of course not..from..erm..an unknown source)
What the shit do you think you doing?  or-
Shit off you dumbfuck!

as a adjective-

(Jess)
why is everything shitty today...

 as a comparison-

 (all from me)

you stink totally like shit
my grandma cooks like shit

and lastly as crude insults...ones i love best-

(to alvin)
is that your face...or is that shit?

ahh...the wonders of the word shit.its almost like coconuts!

not kenny's coconuts of course, as in literally real life coconuts.

at a lost

Posted by mozetsu at 09:23 PM on August 4, 2005 in daily life.

i'm rather at a lost.my silky terrier might be given away because shes been naughty again.

for those of you who dont know, i have a silky terrier named choychoy- short for tai choy, or to bring luck.my grandparents made the name up for her, so..yea it wasnt me who named her.

she might be given away because she bit my sister's finger, causing a deep gash along her finger.but seriously i dont think she really meant it...i mean which dog bites her owner?

its true she has tried to snap at us before, but seriously, even my sister said that she doesnt blame choy for her attitude.she was treated that way.now before you go to SPCA and report me,i assure you i love my dog to bits and so does my sister.but during the days we are not at home, she is subjected to threats and at times canning by my sweet old grandmother.why, you ask.'if shes naughty then must disciplin right?' .

 i agree.

sadly, she gets 'disciplined' for barking at strangers and cats who sometimes walk past the house.and why do you think she is disciplined for it?because my dear old grandma complains that her barking disturbs her tv watching.

WTF!?if you must know, my grandma watched the tele from around 2pm all the way till 8 pm.everyday.with almost no breaks.its not like we havent told her that she shouldnt cane her.but as we are all the way down in the family heirachy, we cant do much or say much against her as shes all the way up there.

so dont you think being scolded everyday and threaten would make you alil nuts too?sigh...

i dun wan her to leave....and nor does my sister!what to do what to do...

Uni life..

Posted by mozetsu at 12:27 AM on August 6, 2005.

Uni life has been pretty shit for me.i guess i'll make a shoutout for all my uni mates and say uni hasnt done justice to them too, especially Jon.heck, wtf can you do when you have 14 bloody people in your course??! a glance around the room and you practically know every friggin person in the room.Uni should be all about making FRIENDS!the only GOOD thing i can think about is that even if you get last in your course, which is like 14th place, you can walk home happily and say

"hi ma, guess what i got within top 15 places in my ENTIRE course in Uni"

lol.

anyway.back to MY uni life.heck my perception of uni life was more like wanking myself off with an apple pie and driving around with a bunch of horny bastards in a road trip shagging everything that stands long enough.Sadly its just another one of those Great American Lies they put on TV, cuz all i'm wanking to is a biology book of life and shagging the walls of my uni.

everyone(including me) is so busy with lab reports and assignments and online tests and essays, heck i dont know how other students go out partying at Zouk or run around singing at Red Box like drunkards.

And today i found out who my mentor is.Just to briefly explain to you, a mentor is a lecturer who is randomly selected to 'watch over' the first years, to help them with problems they might encounter and so on so forth. The only niggling fact is,my mentor is my chem lecturer.

doesnt sound wrong?

lemme rephrase it...my mentor is my chem lecturer who hates Americans and loves Hitler, and enjoys failing people. What kinda bloody mentor is THAT?!i dont want to love become a bloody Nazi when i grow up!heck, what if he forces me to join the Nazi Youth Party that he set up and help him produce bombs secretly in him chemistry lab??*shudder*

Next thing you know he'll dye my hair blonde, make me wear platforms and make me wear blue-eyed contacts and demand i change my race to Aryan.

thank god

Posted by mozetsu at 10:18 PM on August 12, 2005.

I FINISHED MY MANAGEMENT ESSAY.

oh my god.i actually finished it.in the midst of my flu, sore throat, immense haze conditions and time constraints, i FINISHeD IT.

AHAH!in your FACE you evil management essay!*evil cackle*

urm...right.lol

anyway.while i was happily prancing around the house today i came across the newspapers (The Star). Having that weird urge to read it like how i do everyday, i sat down at my dining table and looked at the first page.

MINISTER:  Malaysian firms in Indonesia among culprits

basically they're saying at least something like 10 malaysian plantation companies were behind this bloody blanket of haze. i was like...WTF?how stupid can people get?its like gettiing stabbed in the back...but this time, you're best friend didnt stab you, no, somehow you managed to reach around your back and stab a bloody katana right through your spine.

HOW FREAKING SMART CAN THESE IDIOT COMPANIES BE?!dammit if i find the names of these companies i'm gonna burn ravage their companies and curse their asses to hell..heck it caused me so much daymn trouble, with my driving, my health, that smoky smell everywhere you jalan also it smells like somebody's burning something right below your nose.

Of annoying bastards and english classes

Posted by mozetsu at 01:00 AM on August 13, 2005 in flamings.

"i have make imporvement"

not to critize anyone, but to pinpoint one person in paticular. if i told you someone who-

talked alot in english class

critized people in class about their analysis

interrupt teachers for the sake of attention

and worst still, pretended to be, as i quote Snape, an "insufferable know-all" in english class

said the words above...what would you have done?

well...if i were you i'll do exactly the same thing as i'm doing now. Expose the hairy ass out of him.

this guy.this guy.he can critise people for his english but come up with the phrase "i have make imporvement"???

what bloody IMPROVEMENT is there!?

i still cannot imagine how Monash Malaysia accepted him. Having him in the same year as i am basically degrades my pride in being a Monash student. When i first got into monash i could proudly say "i manage to get into Monash!"

sadly the news that he also entered reached my delicate ears, and  so now everytime i try to prop my head up and say "i got into monash" it would sound like "Gotinnnumosh", because that fleeting glimpse of his face is enough to turn me into the most unfortunate guy on this bloody planet.

And don't you lecture me about dissing people.*glares*

sweet memories

Posted by mozetsu at 05:42 PM on August 13, 2005 in daily life.

i'm really happy that i have managed to get a 6K reunion up and going.its been close to 6 years that we've actually been together as a class, so i really hope everything goes well as planned.

so to do a little commemorating of this comming even i decided to dig up this paticular book from my bookshelf, a book that i have not taken out for almost lord knows how long...but the important thing is that its still here.

before i start, a once in a lifetime chance to see how i look like when i was in primary, as compared to now-

me..nowyeap..thats me

ok.i'll wait a little moment for you to finish your laughing.

.
.
.
.

done?okay..moving along

as i was saying, i dug out this old and dusty, nevertheless intact book, nicely wrapped which bore my name on it.It looked something like this-

it looks rather gordy now that you look at it.i mean...wtf..batik designs on a book?and its just a normal exercise book, no fancy stuff...

so...ready to see what it is?

this one has to be big.lol.so basically this book has my name on it.my primary 6 class, 6K.and lastly those three chinese words that roughly translates to 'book of remembrance' in simpler english terms, my primary autograph book.oh yes.

flipping through the pages of the book really brings joy to me, cuz it seemed like yesterday i was running around during PE with all the other guys playing basketball and laughing with no care of the world.

i'll release a few ahem 'sample' pages

thats one of the pages that caught my eye.not because of the details but because of the little note she wrote beneath-

it basically says-

dear yow keat

we havent known each other for long but must go our seperate ways.i hope you dont take me as your enemy. whether we can meet again in the future, will depend on gods will.get 7 As in your UPSR!

those words really made me laugh.it brought so much memories back to me.In a good way of course. The boys in primary seem to hate the girls so much, and i was pretty much into it as well, though i say now it was mainly peer pressure.I'll confidently say now that every guy in my class who claim to hate girls so much liked at least ONE girl..i know i did.i was shit scared to tell anyone though because the concequences were horrible- you'll be made laughing stock of the century.

so chien yee, if you ever read this i never really hated you lol it was basically just pure childishness=P

ahh...and Yunn Cheng..if you read this entry, you might remember this-

 sigh.sweet memories.

Random thoughts

Posted by mozetsu at 09:55 AM on August 21, 2005 in daily life.

1. why are our cars so expensive to buy?look at the other countries.their cars are so freaking cheap compared to ours. our cars are expensive because we  the government wants to sustain and protect Proton, our so called national car thats barely surviving because of poor quality cars.on top of that, the malaysian government is pumping in cash into them like USA funding NASA for their space missions.wtf? heck even Perodua, our second national car company with no government backing are so obviously doing better then Proton. i say scrap Proton and lower car prices!

2.whats with all the lab reports, Monash?my life is now a vicious cycle of lab reports. Just when i'm about to celebrate the completion of round A's lab reports, round B drops on me like Furong Jie on Kenny.

3.i'm so lost in school.i wanna make more friends in our course but nobody seems to be respond. we just communicate for the sake of doing like, like during lab classes and such.

4.i really wanna go to the Monash ball. but im not sure if its suitable for first years..though i dont really care if i had friends going. the other problem would be i dont know what to wear..the theme's flame and frost.i dont really wanna be buying new clothes just for the event.

5.i've got so much work that i cant really think about what to blog on.hence this entry that bores the shit out of everyone.

6.looking forward to the 6K reunion, i'm trying to gather as many people as possible to attend.i believe i have informed more then 10 people...more then 15 even.whether they'll come or not is another problem.

7.my bed looks really tempting now.cheerio

remembering the tsunami

Posted by mozetsu at 12:04 AM on August 25, 2005 in daily life.

yes i know it is not the 26th of august yet.

but today is the 25th of august.exactly 8 months ago at this date, i was happy travelling in Anthony the driver's bumpy van to Beruwalla, at the coast of Sri Lanka.

when we got there, i was overjoyed to see two computers there with internet access as i had gone for almost a week without it, and i was craving to tell everyone about the trip so far. i remember a few friends and a cousin of mine was online, and after wishing them merry christmas i told them about the trip and went offline, asking them to take care.

the next day at 10am+..the tsunami hit.

it is 8 months now and almost close to one year since the tsunami devastated Sri Lanka. i'm counted lucky to be one of the survivors, together with my family that survive the wave.

massive flooding after the first wave

a moment of silence for the deceased.

i want to thank all those who sent me messages during the disaster, i still remember you guys and i would still have the messages had i not change my phone.

a word out to my family- i love you all and the event has brought us closer then ever before. its made me realise how fragile life is and how i should cherish every moment i have with you all.

and to any survivors out there, god bless you.

Of Fakers and Pertenders

Posted by mozetsu at 11:23 PM on August 29, 2005 in flamings.

hip hops the thing nowadays. so is rap. The Game.50cent. they're all hitting it big in the music industry lately thanks to the insolents that listen to their brand of music.

i'm totally fine with that. some of the songs are pretty good i have to admit. Hell, they all look the same to me too. Blacks, with baggy clothes and tilted hat...with a huge ass bling bling around their necks to match.

So its not surprising that many people in the local music industry follow the brand or style of music. just look at Pop Shuvit. Look at the way they dress. But hey, i have nothing against them, they dress the part and they're making it big in Japan. i never imagined Malaysian singers to be big anywhere besides their own backyard anyway.

What i CANNOT stand, are people, locals to be exact who walk around the streets dressed like these artists, or should i say, following the American Negro culture. Just last week until this week, i have observed this certain someone in Uni behaving just like the black guys i mentioned above.Dude. You're a fucking student. Why the hell are you walking around with bling bling on your neck and huge ass American 69 shirts that look like pajamas?

Just cuz you're tanned and you have dark skin doesns't mean you can strut around with those big ass bermudas going ' Suup Dawg?' like friggin 50 cent. You have dark skin and so do they. But which part of " You are Malay or Indian" do you not understand?! its understandable if you were educated elsewhere or something, but you are a friggin pure blood malaysian for christ's sakes. Why cant you use the usual ' Apa khabar bang?" or " Ni hao mah?" Dammit even Konichiwa sounds so much better because its an asian language. wake up bastards you are from ASIA. Why are you dressed with though big baggy clothes that you know would be so freakin hot in and would weight a tonne?

maybe its because you think you'll stand out like that.  Yea.everyone is localize in terms of language and dressing and so if you mimic these american people, others will notice you right?

Well congratulations, DAWG. you're Friggin right. People notice you, because you look so damn ridiculous and out of place you stick out like a sore thumb. Just cuz you're dark, doesnt qualify you to run araound like an idiot dressed so out of place. I'm short, but do i run around dressed like Napoleon? NO dammit cuz he was from a different culture, nevermind the time.

no ones asking you to go back to wearing your songkoks, dhotis and china hats. Just bloody dress normally like everyone in Asia does you idiot.i'm tell you, if that guy i see in Uni sticks a Band-Aid across his cheek tomorrow and starts humming  Nelly songs, i'mma gonna Gaijin Smash his face.

6K Gathering

Posted by mozetsu at 11:59 PM on August 31, 2005 in favourites.

today, for the first time in 6 years since we graduated from priamry school we had our first reunion.

of course being the modest me i will not credit myself as the one who organised it, despite the constant namecalling 'mr organiser!mr organiser!" during the event. More important besides the fact that i got everyone together is that everyone was great in being willing to come as well as spread the news around about our reunion.

the destination was pretty simple. 11am, coffee bean, megamall- national day. However now come to think of it it wasnt that good an idea cuz there were so many people in the mall, and on top of that the A level people had their exams on. Oh well. we learn from our mistakes yea.

to tell the truth i was very excited and slightly nervous while walking from the carpark to coffeebean. maybe it wasnt for the people from taylors cuz they see each other ever so often but hey! seriously speaking, i havent met most of them for that freaking 6 years! i tred to dress my best, not too heavy but smartly casual(i think i overdid it a lil). it was like going for a first date.i didnt know what to expect from them.

anyway. enough of my ramblings.i'll let the pictures do the talking =)

from left- shu ning, chen ren, sze hui(white, hidden), chien yee(dyed hair) and yunn cheng with the phone

Thats wai loon with his coffee..and yunn cheng happily grinning at the background.

Wei Siang with wai loon and his precious coffee

Yoong Bear Bear! hau wen and yi wang sharing a laugh

Wai Chun making a fashion statement in pink

from left: Li Shan, Qi Hua and Qi Jia

Qi Jia, Ming shiu and Ee min

At this point, Wai loon waved his credit card around and exclaimed to everyone that he'll treat us to lunch. there was a flurry and scrabbling of chairs, and like a tour group from china we made our way to Dave's Deli.

from left, sitting- Wai loon, hau wen, wei siang.

from left, standing-Yi wang, Chien yee, wai chun and me

random pic taken while everyone was tucking in

in typical Sam fashion, he came in late and posed for the picture with that horny face.lol. behaves exactly like how he did 6 years before,if not funnier!

wooi sun looking stoned.told everyone not to bring their mates but he brought his girlfriend...*grumble*

and i saved the best for the last!a groupie!

Overall i thought it was so much fun! everyone agreed to do this more often, and i think planning another one will be so fun!dont you all agree?i enjoyed this outing alot guys, thanks for making it possible!
